When is your child visit dentist for first time?

Both of my kids visited dentist at 2 years old, when they are able to take instructions to open their mouth and sit still on my laps during check up. For me, my kids brush their teeth since they were very young and restrict their candy intake and thus I do not have to worry early tooth decay. Normally dentist will recommend to get first dentist visit when baby turns 1 year old. If you have any concern on your baby's teeth, you can visit to dentist even earlier, e.g. milk stains, tooth decay and etc.
