Read somewhere that you shouldn't reduce your water intake even when in the midst of water retention, however also heard where elevating of the legs would help, compression socks/leggings. Can consider going for prenatal massages, it helped my wife relieve some backaches and reduce the swelling from WR

Elevate your legs every night :) Not on pillows but against the wall, almost 45 degrees. It helps subside the swell even though it comes back daily.

Yuppp as the pregnancy progresses, your whole body esp leg will be swollen and water retention. Nothing much can be done.

My feet was so so puffy, I wore my husband’s slippers to work.
