share how you stop milk supply

I drop pumping session every few days. From 8, to 6, to 3, then 2, then 1. Boobs will be engorged but i endured and pump only when i neeeded to. Cus its like a supply and demand thing, so i just endured the pain. This process took me about 3 weeks. My boobs still leaks and the engorgement gradually wear off and it starts to dry up. For me, this took about a week or 2.
