Helper new or old
What's your take on helper who is new to Sg or u prefer those already have experience working in Sg?

Depends if they are from big city or from a village. I prefer big city helpers who already know how to shop in super market, take mrt etc
I think the personality is the most important and how good they can speak English/whatever language you use at home

depend on the record. but would advise taking experience ones easier for you
It depends on what you want your helper to help you with I think.
