Infant Care or Helper in Singapore

I really feel you on this, it is such a tough decision and honestly there is no one right answer because every family situation is different. For us, we went with infant care first because we liked that our girl got early socialisation and the teachers were trained in child development, but I know friends who preferred a helper because the one-on-one attention at home felt more reassuring for a young baby. It really comes down to your work schedule, your budget, and how comfortable you feel with each option lah. Maybe visit a few infant care centres near your home and also speak to a couple of agencies so you can compare before deciding.
