What time does baby go to bed?

My daughter who is 5.5 years old now goes bed between 6-7pm while my son who is 2.5 years old now goes bed at around 8pm. Yes, I do enjoy personal time earlier or sometimes I doze off together with my son at 8pm. But, they wake up very early too, around 5-6am daily (include weekend!). Thus, sleeping earlier has its own pros and cons. However, I see more cons for sleeping earlier as next time when they go primary school they will not struggle to wake up early.
