Baby fell from bed

Oh mama, I can totally understand the stress, falling twice must feel awful. Here's what I'd do: first, check her over carefully right now for any bleeding, swelling, or odd positioning of her limbs or head, and see how she's acting. Most importantly, call your pediatrician or go to the A&E for a proper check-up and peace of mind, someone in my mum group mentioned she brought her baby in after a fall at a similar age and even though baby seemed fine, the doctor's assessment really helped her stop worrying. For the next couple of hours especially, keep a close eye on her for any lethargy, poor feeding, or changes in behaviour. It's also worth having a think about the bed setup, at 7 months she's probably moving around more, so a cot with proper sides might be safer going forward. Do see your doctor or call the clinic soon though, they'll give you the all-clear and specific things to watch for based on how she fell.
