What soap you use for washing 1 year old's dishes? So you still sterilise after?

I like the Kodomo bottle and nipple cleanser. I still wash my 3 year old’s dishes with that, but no, I don’t sterilise them, and she’s been fine all the way. The soap is gentle enough such that my sensitive skin doesn’t peel, but it’s also able to take away grease and clean the dishes well
