What quality of your spouse do you least like?

Hubby doesnt have the sense of urgency, most especially when needed. If say I needed a hand to handle paying the bills, he will do it--but always always nearing the due date (sometimes on the exact due date ughh). This is one issue we always 'fight' about. He said he will work on it but issue just keeps on repeating.
