Mommy knows all!

    Some vegetables are a good source of calcium, specially green leafy vegetable. The vegetables with high calcium content are spinach, okra, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and beans. Lentils also are good for calcium intake. Nuts, fish, eggs, soy milk, sesame are few other sources of calcium. http://www.bumpsnbaby.com/calcium-rich-foods-babies-kids/
