Hey mama, Growing a baby is hard work and takes a lot - and you’re growing 2! Being hungry is normal and definitely natural. Having said that tho, it’s not about eating for 3 but eating wholesome foods which are high in nutritional value. You could also space out your meals and have little snacks in between which could help you avoid heartburn and keep energy levels up, especially in the 3rd trimester :) Keep it up mama, you’re doing a great job!
