Normally is after 6 months but if you got a green light from your doctor then you're all good! I mix cereal with milk at 3 months because I'm in special case! Not recommended, ask your doctor is the best
About 6 months. Watch for cues that baby is willing/ready to try, eg. able to sit up on his/her own, interested in what you’re eating, etc
From 5 mths onwards, I started giving baby cereal, puree vegetables and fruits. Baby finger biscuits and even the teething biscuit.
You can start on fruit pureed on 5 months old. Im starting on apple purees for my son who is 5 month old
