What milk do you mummies drink for pregnancy and breastfeeding(does it really have milk?) ?

No need drink any maternity milk- I checked with both my gynaes for no. 1 and (now) no.2. So even though their clinic a lot of free sample, actually gynae also don't advocate drinking maternity milk because we get so much vitamins from our maternity vitamins already and it can lead to rapid weight gain. Fresh milk wise ... I drank a chocolate milk when I was pregnant with no1 but I found it make me gain weight v fast so I stopped. I eat a lot of Greek yoghurt now for probiotics.

I drink dumex mamil mama since pregnant till now lo 17 month i still fully breastfeeding. Yes. It's 1 of the milk booster for me, can really tell the difference between 1st born that i didn't drink mama milk and 2nd born that i drink since pregnant. I had Ammum Maternity towards the last trimester because I was given it as a sample and it was the only thing I was okay with having at that time - but I didn't continue after because it was really heaty and my appetite changed. I'll say that they aren't necessary, but may be good if your gynae recommends it for you because of health concerns :)

frisomum is the best! i am 10weeks pregnant now and never once that milk makes me sick. i love the vanilla smell to it and it has a lot of benefits. its not sweet like other milk and it does make me have think mucus saliva like other milk does. try getting a sample first but normally sample would come 1 month or more after u ask for them.

i dont like drink milk...but thankfully i have enough milk for my 1 years 2 month son ...i fully bf...

I never drank any milk. Only water, healthy diet and adequate rest :)
