Newborn discharge clothes

Dressed mine in a zipped long sleeved romper and built in mittens too. Didn't swaddle too as we put him in his car seat. It was a short drive frm hosp to home so it was ok. Really depends on your mode of transport I guess. If you're not putting baby in car seat, u can swaddle him in an instant swaddle or muslin cloth. I personally prefer the zipped instant swaddle as it's much easier. I used the Love To Dream brand, a lil more ex but good cloth texture. Stretchable. Palmerhouse is good too.

My baby wore double zipper long sleeves sleepsuit (better with built in mittens). Didn’t swaddle her as we traveled by car.

romper is easier to change diaper, best to wrap with swaddle to keep baby warm but not a must
