Yes I second mild cheddar cheese. I buy the brand Organic Valley from Fairprice. You should try to get blocks of cheese rather than those processed cheddar slices for babies and the sliced types like chesdale and Kraft have more sodium content. Never give soft cheese though.
U can go for cheddar cheese ( mild) or cottage cheese
