Ibig sabihin niyo po ba 1st trimester hindi kayo nakapag vitamins? Sana nag folic ka, importante yun sa development ni baby.

Hindi kht isa.. May folic nman ako pero hnd ko tini take kasi nasusuka ko agad kht anung vitamins nasusuka ko. Kya im so worried. Possible ba na hnd mabuo ng maayus ang baby ko?
