My gynae cleared me to eat raw food from 2nd trimester onwards, as long as they're from reputable sources. I eat it maybe once or twice a month and have not had problems :) baby is healthy.

As long as no bacteria contamination should be OK. Cooking process is just to kill bacteria
The worst you can get is probably food poisoning. It will not directly cause miscarriage
