Baby Constipation

What to do if my 3 month old baby is constipated? Any food to avoid since he's drinking breastmilk? He's on half formula and half breastmilk.

Breastfeed babies can don’t poop up to 14 days. If more than 14 days then you may bring your LO to see the PD.
