hi all...what can i take to boost baby wgt .?.32wks baby 1.3kg.. i dnt take durian btw...thk u ladies

whole grain, oats, brown rice etc.. eat enough protein (salmon, cod fish, red meat) calcium intake also very important!

I heard avocado and hard boiled egg are very helpful.
