Wk 15th pregnant

My appetite getting worse..cnt eat anything,drink limited..my wgt went down gradually.. worried for baby..what else I can do? Rice n noodles totally can't, fast food no no..

You may want to get the anti nausea band from Guardian. The band presses on the temples of your hand to ease the nausea. Or you can ask your gynae to prescribe you an anti nausea pill. Constantly vomitting may dehydrate you. You can also drink H20 or 100 plus (non-gas) to help with the dehydration. Alternatively, drink soup or liquid. You need to atleast eat for your baby. It is ok to lose a bit of weight during the 1st & 2nd trimester but not excessively. Do check with your gynae if your weight is acceptable

try eat in small portion. soupy food might help. try to find a drink that you can actually drink. once your appetite are back drink loads of water.
