What do I do if there is a noisy kid besides me in an air plane?

Pls ask for a change of seats. Do it in a kind way. The mother would like to have an empty seat for the baby. Actually even airlines train their hostess to care for such mums and babies. They r given special consideration when they board the flight, like they r given seats at the far end where it's quiet or given a crèche which can be attached to the seat etc. Whenever u book tickets ask for a seat which don't have these issues.
