What do I do if there is a noisy kid besides me in an air plane?

Hi, I can feel for you. Now, I have a kid, but it still bothers me when a noisy kid sits beside me any given time. I know, I am being little mean for a woman with a baby but this is how it is. Anyway, I think, you can put on some good noise cancellation headphones. It will block any noise whatsoever coming from around and you can listen to your music and be at peace. If this doesn't work, you can make a straight face, no matter, (how rude that makes you look) and tell the mother of the child that you have a migraine and if you could manage your child a little more. If possible you can request for a seat change.
