bird nest/chicken essence

What is good to drink during pregnancy? Third trimester... can recommend me halal ones? Heard mix reviews abt bird nest & chicken essence.. so not sure if i should drink it during preg. Tia!

2nd tri can take birdnest but in moderate amount like once a week. Don't over take baby will have phlegm.
