just saw your post and i had the same issue when i was pregnant. eating fruits helped me keep a healthy diet, but my varicose veins did not go away. i had swelling, heaviness and aching in my legs, and 7 months after i gave birth, Dr Sujit Singh Gill diagnosed my varicose veins and performed a vein procedure. i came across him when searching for a top vascular doctor in Orchard Singapore, and wanted to share my experience in case it really helps. I hope you find the right advice and treatment for your symptoms too.🙏🏻🤍

I doubt so. However you can consider using compression stockings/ socks to minimize worsening of the veins. Minimize standing or sitting for prolonged hours and elevate your legs at night. Those kept my legs from developing more; I had one small one from second tri. I used scholl's compression socks, avail in Watsons, guardian and unity.

I don't think by eating fruits will help. The cause could be due to family history, standing for long periods of time, pregnant, walk too often etc. You may want to wear compression socks or better seek medical advice from doctor.
