Hey, You can have banana, oranges, apples and kiwi. You can also have dry fruits like cashew nuts and almonds. it really helps in providing energy to body
Just avoid those cooling fruits like pineapple and watermelon etc. Other fruits like apples, oranges, strawberries are fine.
I only had banana, apples, durian only. I avoid citrus fruits like oranges, peach, grapes as it gives me reflux.
I think you can have most, but ensure that you get enough fibre and water intake
Papaya n avocado for breast milk. Red dragon fruits for good digestion.
