what food should mothers eat more? i cannot really digest or eat vege, i tend to puke after that. what can i do??

What do you feel like eating? The most important thing is to not starve yourself so whatever you can eat without puking, go for it (except those on the prohibited list of course). Or maybe try cooking the vege in a different way? Will you be OK if you eat simple boiled or roasted vege?

I ate more nutritional food like salmon, chicken, and veg. Do you puke even with different methods of cooking the veg? Usually i'd just boil or blanch them

yes. but all these too much. i feel bloated, very.

Take foods that are nutrient dense. Theres no need to load up on one type of food. Just eat a nutritious, balanced diet.

Depends on you. Eat something that you won't puke.. Or you puke whatever you eat?

Last time I always feel bloated when I was pregnant. Best is to take small meals at frequent intervals, like 5 small meals a day. Light meals like oat, porridge etc. Take some warm ginger water also helps.

Have you tried drinking those green shakes?
