What food or practices you can recommend for someone like me who is still in early 1st trimester and having bleeding? I am now 5 weeks pregnant and this is my first baby. Please help me or suggest things I need to do in this situation. #Needadvice #AskingAsAMom #firsttimemom

make sure your taking folic acid for your baby development, drinks lots of water very important yan, tpos when your sleeping left side ang safe position to sleep. iwasan mo kumain ng bawal like papaya, grapes, pineapple nkakalambot ng cervix yan, make sure to have enough sleep, more on apple, orange, green veggies ka, egg for protein, consult also your doctor for other medication, isama mo annum milk for baby development, isama mo rin ang buko juice very ok yan pra dika ma dehydrate sa sobra init ng panahon,

Ako din mi, sobrang selan nung first trimester. Pang amoy ko sobrang sensitive. Pati tyan ko ayaw magpakarga. Yung mga kaya ko lang ulamin noon yung mga boiled na gulay sinasawsaw mo sa bagong + kanin, kasi ayaw din ng sabaw 🥹 No maternal milk din, only vitamins and pampakapit + bed rest. Thank God naka survive naman, 17 weeks na ko now ❤️
