Sched CS (nov4) Reasons - Breech si Baby May PDa ako.

Aw, you're on schedule na for Nov 4, that's exciting but I know scary din when breech pa at may PDA! Honestly, labor bago ang scheduled date is possible pero breech presentations usually don't go into labor on their own as easily, so mas malaki chance you'll reach your date, pero definitely monitor for any signs like spotting or contractions, and call your OB agad kung may changes. For work, a lot of us stopped around 36-37 weeks na, especially with CS coming up, kasi you need energy for recovery, pero check with your doctor kung kaya mo pa; honestly ang body mo na ang magsasabi kung ready ka na mag-rest. For the CS itself, expect the pre-op prep (bloodwork, pre-med, maybe enema), you'll be awake the whole time usually with spinal/epidural, may tugging sensation lang pero walang pain, then after they show you baby and you'll go to recovery, marami kang friends natin na nag-CS and okay lang, recovery's tough lang first few days kaya prepare na may tao ka to help with baby care at household. Iwasan muna ang heavy lifting after, follow mo ang activity restrictions talaga, at manage your pain meds well kasi mas makakatulong ka sa baby pag comfortable ka, and ask your OB about tips specific sa PDA mo para sure.
