Para sa anesthesia, tulog ka talaga, they give you spinal block so you won't feel anything, and next thing you know baby's out na; a few of us moms say it's honestly the easiest part kasi you just wake up to your baby! Dalhin mo comfortable clothes na pre-pregnancy size (hospital gowns lang main), toiletries, undergarments na okay ma-stain, phone charger, at yung baby's first clothes, talagang importante ang charger kasi need mo mag-post ng baby pics haha! Stay usually 3-5 days kung normal ang recovery, pero depende sa hospital at kung may complications; as for regla, expect spotting and bleeding for weeks (iba-iba talaga), so best talaga mag-consult with your OB about that kasi important alam mo ano normal sa iyo. Total bill really varies, sa private hospitals around 150k-300k+, but with PhilHealth coverage it goes down significantly depende sa package and hospital; honestly best to call your hospital directly para sa exact breakup kasi iba-iba talaga. My best tip? Rest as much as you can after, huwag mag-heavy lifting for at least 2 weeks, have your partner ready to help, and don't rush yourself, CS is major surgery so treat it that way!
