What will be done during the test? Was told jus a scan and no doctor will be there to explain

Fetal abnormality scan by sonographer. This includes physical abnormality scan like detecting hole in the heart, cleft lip etc as well as baby gender reveal. It will be able to detect the presence of fibroids etc in the womb as well. Anything not right will be highlighted to your gynae who will explain to you in the next visit.
