Psychiatrist

What’s the average cost to see a psychiatrist? Per session and roughly how many sessions needed? Any good psychiatrist to recommend? I feel that I’m becoming more and more pessimistic/negative after delivery. Could it be depression? Is it because I’m staying at home all the time? As I’m a SAHM.
