I think you mean your medical leave (HL) from your employer during confinement right? When I went private at KKH, I just asked my obstetrician straight up on discharge day or at my follow-up appointment what documentation I needed and how many days they could support on the medical cert, then brought that to my company's HR. Most private docs are quite straightforward about it - just be clear about your confinement period and when you're planning to return, and they'll sort out the paperwork for you.
