When I went private at KKH, I just asked my obstetrician straight up on discharge day or at my follow-up appointment what documentation I needed and how many days they could support on the medical cert, then brought that to my company's HR. Just let your doctor know honestly what symptoms you're having and how they're affecting your work and daily activities. If the doctor feels you need rest, they can issue HL 😊
