Long haul flights during pregnancy

I did a Dubai-SFO flight twice when I was pregnant. The first time was 14 weeks and the airline food just made me very sick and I threw up a lot. The second time around was when I was 28 weeks and that time I was ok. I was just concerned about the safety belt. The big challenge on both flights was using the toilet. I had to pee so much the second time around and was really uncomfortable with the state of the toilets. The crew was amazing and let me use the first class toilets!!
