Worried And Stress

Went for my gynae appt and did a scan to check on baby. However, I'm suppose to be 7 weeks now yet baby stopped growing at week 5 and can't detect Heartbeat. Doc took my blood test and results was out today. My hormones level was 93% and doc said was very good and asked my dont give up. He schedule me for another scan next week. Any mummies had the same experience as me?
