Week 36 Day 1, baby weight 2.2kg, doc asked to induce next week if weight dont hit 2.5kg, any advise

we will try to ask gynae to induce at 38wk if nxt appt there is some weight gain, if stil at 2.2kg den we will follow wat gynae say.
