Yes, it can be quite common to still feel tired at 16 weeks. ❤️ I remember feeling exhausted around that stage too. I could do a few simple chores and suddenly feel like I had no energy left. Pregnancy really hits everyone differently. That said, feeling breathless after showering, washing dishes, or cooking is something I'd mention to your gynae, especially if it's becoming more noticeable. Sometimes things like low iron levels can contribute to feeling weak and short of breath. Take it easy when you can, mama. Growing a tiny human is a lot of work. 😊💕

Yes very normal!! Week 16 is still first trimester/early second trimester, ur body is working super hard to grow baby so feeling exhausted and breathless is totally expected. The breathlessness esp when cooking could also be the smell/heat, a lot of mamas get that. But do mention to ur gynae at the next appt just to rule out anaemia cos that can make u feel extra weak and breathless too. Rest as much as u can and dun push urself, the housework can wait!! 🤍
