My lil'one eye (right eye) is watery past 2days? Any reason or solution for it?

Sometimes it can also be caused my underlying allergies of the nasal cavity which causes irritation to the eyes. Hi mama, I would go to the PD to get it checked as soon as possible just in case. In the meantime, I would try to wash the eye with plain water.
