Hello! For me I informed when I was about 6 weeks? Just wanted them to be aware why I’d be taking multiple leaves/mc for doctor’s appt. Best decision tho bc I love how I’m being treated at work now hahaha but honestly it really depends on how your mgmt is like and the needs of the job scope. 😊

I told at 13 weeks after my first trimester because it was the ‘safer zone’ As someone in management I’d advise that you should inform them so they’ll be prepared for any manpower covers when you go on maternity leave.

I am in a management role and higher mgmt did not do anything the last round. This is my 2nd pregnancy.

I tell them during my 12weeks. I’m worry that if anything happened to me during working hours. HR might say we didn’t inform them. I’m working as outdoor sales. Might reason I told them.

Update - in the end I was able to hold it in till 25 weeks. It was not planned at all, but it so happened that I was asked whether I was expecting at 25 weeks

After first trimester! I am also waiting for to inform my supervisor! As manpower will need to be arranged during my absence

Right after week 10. Don’t think I feel good by hiding too long since they need time to find a maternity cover

i inform my manager when i was 5weeks because i want to apply for wfh 2 weeks straight due to bleeding.
