Im currently at week 29 and this happen to me 3 times! I check with my gynae after the 2nd time and she told me it might be due to heat. The first time I was queuing for food at coffee shop and the feeling of wanting to throw up and start seeing black spots everywhere scares me. I immediately rush out and bought a bottle a water to drink. After about 10mins I feel much better. 2nd and 3rd time also due to heat but I dealt with it better. Do take care and check with your gynae on your next appt!

normal for me for all my pregnancy. what i did was to prepare axe oil and sweet. so when i feel of it i quickly sit down, take out my axe oil to take a small sniff on it and suck the sweets. then i can continue walking. A few times i almost blackout when i sending my boys to school, to think back it's kind of scary. what if i totally blackout and what happen to my boys? will they be running around at roadside. There no one to accompany me. So that's my technique to survive 😀

of course if you ask gynae, they can either give you some suggestions or solution. but for me not to continue sending the kids to school or work, that's not a good solution. 🤭 I also can't always depend on others.

I had similar episodes and eventually blacked out on a few. It is really dangerous especially if you're alone. It also came with prolonged blocked ears upon onset of the blacking out. I was hospitalised because of this but doctors couldn't really point it to anything after doing all the relevant checks. Was asked to ensure that I sit or lie down once I feel the symptoms so that you don't fall when you black out. Do have a word with your gynae in your next visit.

It happens to me when I stand on the spot for too long too! I was told not to stand for too long (e.g. on public transport, queuing, etc). So I tried to avoid those situations as much as I can:) Also get your red blood cell count checked! You might need some iron tablets too if it's too low:)

It’s not normal but I always experienced blackout and difficulty breathing at my 2nd trimester till Dr immediately issued WFH for me previously and told me try not to go out alone.. This is really dangerous, do let your gynae know yah!

I experince it before during my pregnancy. Did you eat or at least had something before heading out? Because that could be the cause. Please consult the doc it could be dengrous if sudden blackout you never know if you end up fainting

It happen to me too. My gyane ask me to stay home and avoid going out and if must go out at least must have someone with you to HD and support you. If your blackout happen very often pls do consult your gyane.
