Hi Rakhi, could you try the following steps: - Log out of your account, and delete the App - Redownload the App via the play store/App store and log in to your account again. If you are still facing this difficulty, do write into us via marketing_sg@tickledmedia.com Thank you :)

thanks for the response. I followed the steps and hope the issue is resolved. However, the reward redemption is still a concern and I don't see any email on that. I do see the log in my account though.
