Hi mama, While I don’t think it should be a problem, perhaps you could consult your gynae as well? Also, taking a pregnancy multivite might be better because your body and baby require a higher amount of and different levels of nutrients. Still, do check with yojr doctor. :)

Consult your gynae. My gynae asked me to stop all supplements (I was also taking evening primrose, fish oil, multivits and others). And only asked me to keep Folic acid and vitamin D, for first trimester.
