Is it safe for pregnant women to walk through the metal detectors at airports?
to he honest, regardless safe or not, pregnant wont be excused. it just take a second for you to pass through, nothing is worse than having our handphone so near to us, and we are still alive. take no offence - happy holiday!
Ofcourse it is... if you are worried about the radiation, think about your microwave at home. Microwave have a stronger radiation than anything else e.g. phone... infact, it's just a pair of magnet.
If u r worried abt de metal detectors at airport, best don't fly.. When u r at high altitude, there's already radiation..but not a big amt..

Yes, it is. I still went through the metal detectors when I went on holiday during my second trimester.
