Lactose intolerance and pregnancy milk

Very early into pregnancy (week 6) and I'm getting so much information from the web. Is pregnancy milk necessary? I am lactose intolerant, are there any alternatives?

I didn’t drink any pregnancy milk. Got my Calcium pills, vitamins and dha pills from gynae. Baby came out healthy :)
