Lactose intolerance and pregnancy milk

Very early into pregnancy (week 6) and I'm getting so much information from the web. Is pregnancy milk necessary? I am lactose intolerant, are there any alternatives?

I can’t take dairy as well, so gynae gave me Caltrate. Try to take other alternatives like soy milk as well :)
