Usually when do we start preg vits, calcium and fish oil? Im currently taking blackmores preg formula, and when i asked my gynae, he say just take tht first. Am quite worried cz this blackmores doesnt have much calcium in it. Currently 13 weeks and 1 day preg

I was given calcium and fish oil from week 13. Multi-vitamins was given probably at week 8-9
