Hello mama, the reason is because massage chairs do not have a prenatal massage option. The accupoints on ur body is really important during pregnancy and the part where u have to caution against is activating these accupoints wrongly which could lead to discomfort for mama and bby. Worse case is.... A premature delivery.
Best to avoid due to the strength level which not suitable for preggy. Later hurt somewhere it will be not too good. Just go to pre-natal massage is the safer. Or ask your hubby to help u rub lightly. Or by your own.
I would only do breast massage (last few weeks of pregnancy) when pregnant.
Unless you can change to some gentle settings. It’s not really advisable.
Maybe opt for normal massage instead? Lesser pressure and impact.
I’d rather err on the side of caution and not use it
I won’t do it for sure. Best to avoid it for now :)
No it's not safe as told to me by osim guys
Foot massage should be fine
Best to avoid it
