Milk vol dropped

Used to pump average 200 ml or a bit more, 4 times a day. Now the pump cannot extract milk well, hand express only 90ml.... seems to be the end of my bf journey. 2 months away from my 1y goal...helpppppo

How bout trying some lactation bakes? It does help with the supply but it can b quite expensive. Or juz buy red dates, goji berry n dried longan n boil it to drink
