Pump cannot extract milk despite the suction being there

At 10 months of pumping. Need to use hand express. Pump don’t work. Weird. Haiz. Never a smooth breastfeeding journey for me.

Did you get the right flange for your nipple size? I used to yield lesser than I did today because of the wrong flange. Or could probably your pump needs servicing?
