Cramps from Anger

Umm so. I woke up this morning and the free ranging pets have made the living room a mess and pissed all over the floor. I rightfully am super angry about it, and set about cleaning up the mess. I'd been having cramps for about 2 hours now, I'm 11 weeks along and quite rarely feel any pain during this pregnancy. Has anyone experienced this before and should I be worried? Thanks! #1stimemom #pregnancy #angry

You may have strained your womb area while doing the cleaning in squat positions for extended period of time. Pls monitor to ensure you do not have any bleeding discharge in the next few days. Do more bed rest and gently massage womb area to calm the muscles down.

Thanks! No blood thankfully but I did squat and scrub quite a bit.
